Convenient hours
waited online for 20 minutes when it was only one person in front of me and for other bank employees sitting down doing. then when one employee asked for help then other employee got up and helped them do somthing. then decided to help the customer. Not until one employee asked for help for something completely different. Then they side to get up and help the customers in the bank

Frustrating. I filed a Power of Attorney. It was not approved. I don't know why it was not approved. I only found out it was not approved when I went to the bank, months later, to check on it's status. They did not communicate to me. I still don't know why it was not approved. I went back and, this time, modified the checking account to a "Joint" account. The papers were filed. That was not approved. I only found out it was not approved, acted on, implemented, when I went back to the back to check on it. The clerk, a petty bureaucrat, I think his name was Rick, I'm not sure, was worthless. He was willing to give me information about the advanced checking on the account, then wouldn't let me know that there was some money in the account so that a check could be written on the account. I asked him to call me, giving him my home number and cell number, to let me know what went wrong and how I could fix it. He has not called me back. That was 3 days ago. TD bank stinks.
The worst bank to deal with. Every time I go in to cash a check the short me money. The sevice is terriable.
