My Insurance was dropped after a few minor incidents from my son. we made him get his own insurance it was 3/4 what I was being charged for him. Then 6 months later I get a letter I " my wife and I " are being canceled because of my son who was off the insurance for months had done . then and now I am still waiting to be refunded money State Farm automatically deducted from my account ! Please give back my 270 dollars ! -- 9/20/2014 Just got my refund letter from state farm last amount paid to Stephanie Sgroi was 278.75 taken from my account on 8/27/2014 my new insurance started on the 1st ! so in 4 days it cost me 245.77 State Farm cut me a check for 32.98 . I am contacting the BBB Oh they are not BBB ACCREDITED wonder why . My payments were auto deducted for years I was a good customer Beware this place will give you the shaft ! I left a message we will see if she returns my call If not I will be making hundreds of flyers because I have more time then money .
