Horrible Post Office. Always a line no matter what time of day. It's dimly lit (2 of the 6 lights work over the main counter). The workers are slow and seem to be clueless on most items. Either go to Selden or Setauket post offices instead.

I don't know if it's because I look young or if it's because I'm Asian, but every time I go to pick up a package (the postman doesn't bother even checking to see if anyone's home) I get such a nasty attitude and get treated as if I don't even speak English. For the record, I was born in the US and don't have an accent, unless you count my New Jersey lilt on a select few words. They don't even bother hiding that they want to shoo me out the door ASAP even when they're not busy. If you want to send a package, I don't recommend this post office at all unless you're elderly or a white suburban soccer mom. Those people seem to get by with no issues.
