I have been going to this PetSmart for the past 4 years. I have to tell you I have always been happy with this location. I primarily go to the grooming Salon and they always do an awesome job. She is a sweet but nervous GSD. Today was by far the most unbelievable experience I have ever had. My dog Piper went in for grooming and the care, love and concern they showed her was just about the most wonderful and heartfelt experience ever. She had a skin issue that we were not aware of because of her very thick coat and undercoat. Rosie and Julianna were genuinely concerned of her well being. They called me right away after her bath and wanted us to take her to the vet. When I said my husband and I were working they immediately offered to take her for us. I couldn't believe it. They did take her to the vet and stayed with her until my husband was able to meet them there. Just unbelievable care and service, they went above and beyond. They called me and kept me in the loop with the office visit at the vet until my husband reached them. Absolutely touched my heart. Even my husband called me and said what wonderful and caring ladies and that I must let someone know of their kindness. Way to GO PetSmart for hiring such an incredible caring team. This is a great store for quick needs for your pets. The dog training isn't the best, but the store itself is clean with a friendly staff
