Brian from enterprise gave me a ride from my collision shop to their office. I walked into an office to well kept professionals and a fair selection of vehicles. These ladies and gents were extremely friendly, and very detailed with great customer service skills. The vehicles that I observed- the one rented and the two I rode back and from my collision shop- were clean, well scented and of great maintenance. I will recommend this enterprise office if you are close to this area. I will say, this has been the best experience I had with enterprise.
I was in an accident and Enterprise got me into a nice car until my car was fixed. During a dispute between the insurance company and the body shop over a remaining balance, Enterprise PJ decided to post an unauthorized charge on my card that was on file, essentially passing the collection buck on to me. Terrible customer service right there.
I have rented cars from Enterprise Car Rental in the past . They are friendly and very helpful in getting you a car to fit your needs. I have rented from them for vacations & when my car was being repaired. The prices are the same as other car rental places. I will be dealing with them again.
