bad customer service didnt give out all the information even didnt mentioned that there was a 200 dollar deposit never renting from them again
Rented a car here. Car was marginally clean, however it was in great condition. Returning the car took forever because the gentleman that was assisting me was constantly answering phone calls. Nice guy. Competent and friendly but I thought that it was rude to have to stand there while he answered numerous phone calls while attempting to check me in. Probably understaffed. Said he would mail a copy of the receipt, never received it.
This corporation has been around for so long it's crazy. I have to say that this corporation is not great because of the board of directors or high management but it's the middle branch managers & the work horse staff members that keep this machine finely tuned. I just want to say that all the board members should give your entire bonus away to your staff members across the country & let the staff know you care & you'll all still be able to afford that 8th family vacation that your staff only dreams about after writing off your gesture of good deeds. Imagine how good it would feel giving back to the very people who break their backs for you everyday, making all of our lives easier to get into a rental or to buy a pre-owned vehicle at a great price . I would love to hear Hertz do that & shock the world with kindness. I've been taken such care of by so many of your staff that I had to write this review.
If you're looking for a Hertz in the area this is the one to go to. They always have decent cars in stock and I have never been disappointed! Their close proximity to the Ford dealerships leads to many mustangs being available!
