I am a physician myself. I scheduled an appointment there to see Dr Dreznick. His office called me a day prior to my appointment to come half an hour early. I got there and one of the pt was frustrated that she had to wait 2 hrs before she could see the doctor. I waited there from 230 pm my appt time till 4 pm and I got frustrated as I had another appointment at 4 pm. I told them that I wanted to talk to the manager Kim over there but instead they sent a nurse to take my vitals and put me in a room to wait for Dr Dreznick. I told them not to take my vitals and asked them I need to talk with the manager. I spoke with the manager and expressed my concern about the wait time. The staff there was totally unapologetic and I asked them to refund my copay and questioned there policy of charging the pts a copay if they miss there appointment. I told them if you value your time then you should learn to value your patients time too and make a policy that if you make them wait more than certain amount of time you should not charge them copay and this way they will be more diligent and not make pts wait for hours. I left the office and was appaled by the fact that the staff was totally unprofessional and unapologetic. Would not recommend him to anybody for this reason. Time is money.
Was the first of my family to go there to get a procedure. The staff was very helpful, Dr. Dreznick was very nice, and would recommend this office to others.
