Took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, and Dr. Zaretsky missed the mark completely on her right ear, and never mentioned anything to me. I tried to calm my crying baby down, not closely looking at both ears until I got home and realized that the piercing was so completely off. I called the office manager and she reassured me a full refund. It has been a month and I still have not received my money back. I'm so disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this office!
I have been coming here for over a year, for both ENT and Allergy issues. Everyone has been so wonderful, pleasant and always accommodating. I had no hesitation at all in bringing my children here when they needed to see an ENT and an allergist as well. Thank you to all in the office for being so great!

so after a year of getting allergy shots net decided to drop my insurance and tells me i have to pay out of pocket. they are the worst don't waste your time and money
I made an appointment for a specific condition and waited over 2 hours to see the doctor and then he tells me he can't treat me because he doesn't treat this condition and I would have to make another appointment to see the doctor who does treat the condition. And of course I still had to pay but for what??
